Cunningham Tallman Pennington is a Real Estate Marketing Company based in Savannah, Georgia. For the past 40 years, we have represented over 80 real estate developments, resorts and hotels up and down the east coast as well as the Midwest, California and Colorado. These have ranged from small PUDs to larger oceanfront and golf communities with as many as six courses.

We feel that our biggest accomplishment has been our ability to have long-term relationships with our clients. This is exemplified by our unique 27 year relationship with Branigar/Union Camp in that we have assisted in the marketing of all of the developments of Union Camp Paper Company, a Fortune 250 company including:
